Acceleration of deployment in the Middle East
CIS awarded two new contracts
After the three contracts already awarded to the Group since entering Saudi Arabia in 2014, CIS announces the signature of two new strategic contracts in this country.
The first of these new contracts was awarded by ZAMIL Offshore, a subsidiary of the Saudi Arabian AL ZAMIL consortium specialized in offshore and maritime services, for the Tanajib project located in the Persian Gulf, approximately 200 km north of Dammam.
For a three-year period starting 1 August 2015, CIS will be tasked with providing catering, living accommodations, facilities maintenance, waste management and wastewater treatment services, as well as security services and creating and organizing leisure and recreational activities. This contract confirms the relevance and quality of the partnership inaugurated last year with the AL ZAMIL Group.
The second contract will start on 1 October 2015 on behalf of ALUPCO, one of the largest manufacturers of aluminium extrusion products in the Middle East and North African region. For a one-year term, CIS will provide catering services for 200 people in addition to personnel management for the Alupco Jeddah plant in the western part of the country.
Fully in line with the ARISE 500 plan, these new achievements will significantly strengthen CIS' positions in this high growth potential market, and provide a basis for anticipating an acceleration of business development in the Middle East.
