Position details

CIS is looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER to run its activities in Saudi Arabia

Permanent Contract based in Dammam (KSA)

 

Responsibilities:

-       Realize quantitative and qualitative objectives

-       Ensure rentability

-       Optimize resources

-       Supervise daily operations (quality, budget...)

-       Reporting et information feedback

-       Analyze results

-       Follow up payments

-       Manage local and expats staff on a daily basis

-       Manage external providers

-       Ensure the application of the HSEQ Group standards on site

-       Develop, follow up new clients and negotiate agreements within the area

-       Establish annual development budget in collaboration with the Area Manager

-       Retain existing client within the area

 

This position reports directly to the Area Manager Middle-East (based in the Group Headquarters in France)

Required profile

EDUCATION:

Masters degree, ideally in Hospitality Management School and/or Business/Management School, with a significative experience in the catering/facilities management field as a profit center manager

CORE COMPETENCES :

Result oriented, Business Manager & Developper, high integration skills, dynamism and maturity

LANGUAGES:

Fluent Arabic and English
