CIS recruits an HSE Manager in Mozambique.
- Set up and ensure the good application of the procedures in matters of health, food hygiene, safety and environment on both sites.
- Identify the evolution needs of the system.
- Train the employees organizing collective and individual sessions.
- Perform HSE audits and ensure a proper reporting.
- Ensure the interface between the Project Manager and the client.
Graduated in Quality/safety and/or food hygiene, mastery of the ISO and HACCP standards, you have a first experience in a similar position, at an international level. Good communication and HR Management skills are mandatory to perform trainings, particularly with the local employees. Proactivity and pedagogy will be the key success factors of the mission.
Languages : Fluent Portuguese is mandatory, english would be a plus.
Fixed term contract, renewable, on a rotational system of 8 weeks on site and 3 weeks at home.
