Présentation du poste

Management :

Take deliveries of works performed control the work conformity,

Implement and supervise all tasks relating to  maintenance and repair of camp equipment by managing intervention of internal maintenance team and subcontractors,

Establish, organize and follow-up preventive maintenance program,

Manage spare parts and materials stocks,

Organize team work, staff rotation, check presence, clock in and out,

Train local personnel,

Communicate QHSE procedures to his team and ensure their strict application.

 

Relational :

Customer service orientation, attend technical meetings with the Client, and meet his requirements within the contract obligationsAdministrative :

Issue various reports (incidents, accidents, damages and losses…)

Place orders, inventories and stock management

Assist with implementation of documents relating to QHSE control

Profil recherché

BASIC education

Advanced Professional Certificate in technology,

Fluent English.

 

Professional experience

Experience in international sites and expatriation,

Good knowledge in “all trades” maintenance and in electro-technical maintenance,

Good knowledge of QHSE standards.

Management skills of a team performing multiple activities,

Interpersonal and communication skills, good at explaining,

Organized, autonomous and reactive.
