Position details

CIS recruits a Sales Support Officer for the Middle-East Area


­   Support of the business development manager before and during tender phase for:

­  -  Technical write-up of the proposal

­  -  Construction of the commercial offer

­   Work in coordination with HO Bid Center

  Business Analysis and reporting – 25%

­   Responsible for CRM and commercial pipeline update (client meetings, new opportunities, etc.) and commercial pipeline

­   Contribution to country strategic plan

­   Analysis of lost tenders (post-mordem audits)

­   Industry watch: Oil & Gas, Engineering & Construction, Mining, Energy, etc…

­   Competition monitoring and analysis

­   Ad-hoc reports

Required profile


Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or other

Fluent English, and another language according to the area would be an asset

Work Experience

2 to 5 years proven experience in Commercial/ Finance


Ability to analyze and synthesize


Organizational and methodological capacity
