CIS recruits an Area Manager for Africa, to be based in the Head Office in Marseille, France, with frequent trips abroad.

Get personally involved in achieving commercial objectives and also economical results aiming a strong presence on the defined zone.
Safeguarding of Company’s assets (Physics, human, in terms of image = reputation).
Ensure the existing Operations’ success:
- Client satisfaction ensuring QHSE contract renewal
- P & L : Global outcome – Margins – Net Profit – Opex
- BFR and cash management
- Management of local constraints and support to Country Manager
Ensure the implementation of internal control rules applicable within its subsidiaries.
Ensure a proper and regular reporting for the General Management about the Operational situation, the results realization and the corrective actions performed.
HR dynamic management :
- Manage and motivant the country managers within the area,
- Establish the objectives and the bonuses of the country managers and their teams in accordance with the established objectives,
- Adjust permanently the Human Resources needs to the operational and budgetary needs.
Proven experience in west, central and austral Africa is required.
Graduated in Hospitality Management and/or Business School.
Proven experience in a Profit Center Management, with a Business Development experience.
Proven experience in multi-services (Catering, Facilities & Utilities Management…) for the Oil & Gas, Mining, Engineering and Construction companies, at an international level.
Leadership and negotiating skills.
Languages: good level of French, fluent English, and Portuguese would be an asset..
