CIS is looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER - BOLIVIA
- Realize quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Ensure rentability
- Optimize resources
- Supervise daily operations (quality, budget...)
- Reporting et information feedback
- Analyze results
- Follow up payments
- Manage local and expats staff on a daily basis
- Manage external providers
- Ensure the application of the HSEQ Group standards on site
- Develop, follow up new clients and negotiate agreements within the area
- Establish annual development budget in collaboration with the Area Manager
- Retain existing client within the area
You report directly to the Area Manager LATAM (based in the Group Headquarters)
Masters degree in Hotel Management School and/or Business/Management School, with a significative experience in the catering field as a profit center manager
Core competences : result oriented, Business Manager & Developper, high integration skills, dynamism and maturity
You speak fluently english and Spanish.
